Had a drain problem in the basement. The tech gave us the best way to get it fixed, even though he wasn't able to help, and didn't charge us for driving out on Saturday night. Great service.

We developed an odor in our kitchen at the Mediapolis Public Library. We called Servpro immediately and they responded quickly. Upon their inspection they found that a toilet leak on the opposite wall had gotten the wall and floor wet in the kitchen as well. Servpro was incredible. They were able to save our linoleum and got the floor and wall dried. They saved us a lot of money in not having to replace our flooring in not only the kitchen but the bathroom as well.
