What a blessing it was to have Allen come serve us! He came out to our house on a Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend because our sump pump had failed and we had water in our basement. He took out the old sump pump and gave us a new one immediately, showed us how to choose a better battery for our backup sump pump, and showed us other ways to keep our basement dryer in the future. He did everything with a certain amount of joy. He seemed to love serving us in our time of need. He knew he was helping us and our family! We enjoyed our conversation with him as we covered numerous topics while we talked. We'll call Pederson Plumbing again, for sure, and we know we'll get the same incredible service!

.Waste of time and money, poor quality of work

A great experience! Did everything he could to help me recover after the last flood! I lost my furnace and water heater due to 6 feet of water in my basement. Between the speedy help to getting the inspection people here I was so happy to have Pederson Plumbing on my sidr!
