The best! We have used them for seven years now since becoming homeowners and we won’t use anyone else. Always reliable, professional, and they get the job done right without leaving a mess. Definitely recommend!

First time I contacted A1 to come out they called me back about 6 hours later to schedule a time to come out. I had more problems a couple days later. I called multiple times no response so my mom called from a different number and they called right away and said they would call me right away to send someone out. I got a call over an hour later. I was told this was covered under my guarantee but got charged for it. I have contacted this company over a dozen times and went to the office to find no one there. Still 2 weeks later I am trying to get a hold of someone and no response. I call and leave a voicemail every day. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will NEVER use them or recommend them again!

Called to have snake run down sewer line. Said couldn't come out till the next day because of snow. Gets there at 11 and supposedly runs 125' of snake and doesn't hit the block. Says it must be on the city side of the line. Call city to come check their line to find out nothing is blocked there. Call Drain Dr. to come look at it. They bring 125 foot line and find the blockage no issue. Call to tell A1 about the issue and no return call. So for these reasons, I give A1 an F. Use Drain Dr. or someone that knows what they're doing.

Had a great experience with A1. James came out within an hour of us calling after hours. Extremely thorough and very nice. Made sure to lay plastic and a floor mat. Hoping it’ll be awhile before we need drain work again, but when we do, they’ll be the first ones we call!

We called yesterday afternoon to have someone come with a camera to see what was causing us to keep having backups. Very friendly and understanding! The owner himself came today he was very knowledgeable and showed my husband what was causing our backups. After dealing with any other company and not having any answers it was nice to have someone who would come on a Saturday and took the time to do what was asked. We will definitely use again for any future problems and will recommend to all friends and family! Our mayor even asked for his business card and was very impressed with this company.
