Kayser Plumbing & Heating

Has done an wonderful job each and every time we have used him in the last few years since being unhappy with another plumber and changing. Is friendly, willing to come right away, and very knowledgeable about plumbing and heating.

Replaced well a year ago but did not sanitize/shock the well as they are required by Iowa Law. When trying to contact Kayser about fixing the problem they wouldn't answer the phone or return calls. After contacting Health dept they did contact our landlord and said they would contact the tenant. No contact for 3 weeks. After Land lord came to town was anything done. Came and shocked well and Bob Kayser came the next day at 7 am to test. He claimed that the county doesn't; know how to correctly get a water test. He also did not want the results from Keystone Labs sent to the county but sent to homeowner. He also said while he was filling out the paperwork that he had trouble telling if it was a.m or p.m this was at 7:00 in the morning. He came for the test early as not to have to face/talk to the landlord. He claimed the water heater would not have Bleach in it but it does. the county health dept.said a well should be tested a least a week after shocking. Very Unprofessional in the way he has responded. Would NOT recommend them to anyone looking for well/water needs.

Did awesome job with replacement of my hot water heater and air conditioner. Very easy and nice to work with.
