Called to get our A/C repaired at work and Sheena was pleasant and helpful at getting someone scheduled to come out as soon as possible. Brian came got us all fixed and back to working order in no time. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. We joined the comfort care program to make sure we have piece of mind in the future and stay on top of repairs. Thanks for the great service and care.

I call Stein for all my heating and cooling needs. The Stein family will fix it right for a reasonable price. The service technicians are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

If you are independently wealthy or just don't need to watch your money, then I will say to go to Stein. I gave the two stars because they do get the job done and have always came out the same day. But pay attention to your bill. First they charged me $110 for a part we found online for $15, the exact same part, because they tried to play it off as it was a special universal part, but so was the one online, plus labor fee to install of $96.50. Then after vowing to never use them again, our heater went out and my husband thought it was the same thing, so I called them again. They came out on a Saturday, went in the basement and came back up and told me my heater is working fine and that it was probably the storm blowing in that shut it off the night before. Yesterday I got my bill for $154.89 for that service call to tell me nothing was wrong. That is even more than the labor charge the prior time they came out. I will never go back and I am making sure everyone I know is warned because nobody I know is independently wealthy. My husband is in the service business, and he said he doesn't even charge if he goes out and nothing is wrong. I understand also marking up parts, but not 10 times higher. They said it is because they have to pay their staff, who are all certified, and pay their benefits. I also understand that, but that's in the labor cost, not the parts. Now I must add to my review that after complaining to them and making a payment on my bill, I receive a bill a couple months later (I pay when I see bills and actually forgot about it) that had "Please Pay" handwritten and highlighted on it. This is the only bill I had received since I made a payment and complained. So I call to pay off the balance and am told the balance is basically $25 higher than this bill I received a couple weeks earlier. Then I'm told it's because of fees associated with using a credit card the time before and a fee because I have $14.05 over 90 days past due. No where on my bill says anything about this, and now all of a sudden they are tacking on charges. These guys will try anything to screw you!

Very efficient and quick to respond. I called them and within 20 minutes they were at my house. She was only here about 30 minutes and had they problem fixed. I will definitely call them again if I have problems again. I would definitely recommend them if u have problems.
