Lakes Plumbing Heating Cooling

Had an issue with our air conditioner/furnace and our sump pump. They were quick to respond. Had some minor trouble with our furnace repair bill because it was still under warranty, but it was eventually resolved. They are quick to respond, do good work. I will use them again!

I am extremely happy with Lakes Plumbing and Heating. They have been there for me with my personal home and for my business needs. I refer them to my clients and have heard wonderful feedback on both ends. It is nice to have a company that stands behind there service and products with a great group of men and women on their team! Thank you, for all your hard work.

Called LPHC Christmas Eve morning. Furnace had quit working and temperature was down to 69 and dropping. Within 15 minutes two very nice young men were at my door, and my furnace was running smoothly when they left a short time later. Thank you to them for the prompt and friendly service. Would recommend anytime. Add on......later that night the furnace started turning on and off again. Problem not solved after a new igniter installed. We then used the plumber that my husband used at our farm in the country. It turned out to be a gas valve and was an expensive repair. The first guys were very nice, but my furnace in town didn't get fixed.

Not sure what to say. Called them 4-6 months ago to fix 2 exhaust fans and get a bid for a new furnace. In a brand new house..The guy said he was going to office and was coming back. He never showed I called a few days later was told they would get back to me, no call. I called 2 weeks later spoke to I believe the service manager. Was told part was on order. Called about a month later to follow up again was told they would get back to me, no call. I give up. I get a bill in the mail about 5 months later. So I call them, talked to that same manager who says I vaguely remember this I don't know what happened. So he sets an appointment to come and look at it. Guess what NO SHOW NO CALL...... WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY. I am updating my review as later the same day as the no show the estimator did call and come. He was unaware the time of appointment had been set. He checked what need to be checked and sent the estimates over. I also received a phone call form the owner apologizing the ball got dropped. We agreed to move forward and within about 10 days the parts arrived and the job was completed. We are most likely moving forward the the other estimate as well.

I work with Lakes Plumbing on a regular basis, from the time I call in until the work is complete I feel confident the job is getting done right. I think their office manager Peggy is always friendly and professional as well...
