Office staff is the worst to try and communicate with. They have no respect. Call telling them the problem that you have and they tried to ask what services we wanted them to do! Aren't you the "professional"? Don't call or you will be the next person writing a review.

I've had a slow drain in the basement for years and it kept getting worse. I've had another company out several times and kept hearing "it's an old house with old pipes. There's nothing we can do." Today the drain is completely plugged, so I called Roto Rooter at 9:38 this morning. By 10:45, they had been here, completely fixed the problem, and left, and the price was much less than expected. So happy with the results!
