Mike Boyd called us right away after we left a message on emergency line. He was able to come pretty quickly, was very pleasant and polite. We got the issue resolved. It was overall a great experience. Thank you Mike!

I had them out on a Saturday to snake my drain. Rom came out fast. Was very Knowledgeable, very understanding. I would recommend them and will definitely use them for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Thanks again for Professionalism and your service.

There customer service is pretty horrid. Recently we had some issues with our backyard drainage tile and called roto rooter to help cleanout the tile. They showed up and only cleaned out the front tile and gutters, telling me numerous times that anything in the back is only a leach pipe. The next day I spent time to dig up said leach pipe to find out that it was in fact connected all the way to the front of the house. The guy was at my house for less than 40 minutes, was charged $375 for a service call, and I didn't even get the one tile cleaned out that needed to be cleaned out. I called the manager asking for an explanation, he told me he would get back to me. Never did. I have called 6 other times and I get the same rigmarole where they take my number and "he will contact you soon". Never has. Nothing worse than to take advantage of a situation and then do nothing about it. What a joke of a company and customer service team.

Outstanding! Professional and quick and effective service. Lawrence was not only professional, he was kind and reassuring the problem would be resolved. This all happened during a difficult time in our life and he couldn't have been nicer to us. Will use Roto Rooter again. Very pleased! Thank you, Lawrence!!

After that he wrote a negative review on google and got a call within a minute. Horrible that that’s what it takes. Then they told him he’d only give us a $125 credit if we took down the review and if we never called back. What?! What a joke. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
