I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff at Ackerman. Dale spent plenty of time putting together quotes for backup sump pump options and explained both to me. When Eric came to install the new system he explained everything to me and did a great job with the installation. I'm very pleased with how it all went. It's obvious that Ackerman has top notch employees and standards.
I would highly recommend Ackerman Plumbing. They fit me in right away, called 30 minutes before Eric was going to be there and he was on time. Eric answered all my questions and fixed my broken pipe quickly. He also asked if I had anything else that needed fixed. He was very nice and did a good job.
We had Eric out to our house previously for some minor issues. He left paperwork with us for a yearly maintenance program. After reviewing the paperwork we decided that was a good option. Eric came back to our house and did a full inspection. Top to bottom. He did find a few minor things that we needed to address and he provided the parts to get that done. What he found out would have cost us some serious money had he not found it. We highly recommend Ackerman Plumbing and Eric's customer service.
Very happy with their service. They couldn't fix the issue themselves so they called in another company to help fix the issue. They didn't waste time and had great customer service.
The most professional service for the best price. As a financial advisor I know how to search out good deals and still get the best most knowledgeable services and Ackerman plumbing is just that. They warrantied my old water heater (that wasn’t even installed by them) and took care of everything. They even fixed a couple other small things I didn’t know about. I was so impressed I signed up for their diamond service program where they will make sure I have priority service going forward. Everywhere else I called was a week out and they got to me the next day. Don’t know about anyone else but taking cold showers was awful enough 1 time let alone a whole week.
