I called and left 3 messages, no one ever answers the phone and they do not call you back after leaving several messages.I'm looking for someone to do a Sewer Locate. My aunt referred them to me, so I'm not sure if something happened the last two months, but I have yet to hear back. Guess I have to find someone else.

Scheduled for a Friday and had to coordinate time to be home for the appointment over the lunch hour. Received a call about an hour before advising the technician had been in an accident and couldn't make the appointment. No problem, those things happen, glad the technician was ok...Rescheduled for the following Monday at 5:30 p.m. 5:30 p.m. came and went. 6:00 p.m...still nothing. 6:30, I called. Technician was still in Norwalk and had another appointment before mine. Not going to be at my residence until 9:00 p.m. or later. Not acceptable. Cancelled. Would have appreciated notification of the delay or to be asked to reschedule. I understand things happen and maybe this was just an unfortunate series of events, but I was disappointed with the level of service and lack of communication. Scheduled with another company and had no problem. Would recommend doing the same.
