H & H Plumbing Inc.

I'd used H and H in the past for a toilet replacement and was happy with their service so when I have a kitchen sink issue I called them again. They told me it would be $38 call charge to come look at the problem then $105/hour if they did any repair work on it. The rep came out. Told me that I would need to call a sewer company for the clog in my line and that my plumbing was "illegally" and would cost me at least $600 to "repair." It wasn't illegal, it was plumbing installed when the house was built in the 60s and up to code for that time and grandfathered in. Additionally, I told them I had a clog when I called so I'm not sure why they even bothered coming out if that wasn't in their scope of service. He then charged me $150 dollars for the information, was there 1/2 max and didn't do any repair work. He said the $38 was just to pull the van out of their garage and the rest was for him to diagnose the problem. After he left, I called the company asking that this be addressed. They said they'd have someone call me. No call back. So if you want to pay someone $150 to tell you they can't unclog your sink and that you have 1960's plumbing, H and H are your guys.

Do a great job, no matter what you are having done! Already referred them to neighbors and H & H helped them right away!

Only a few things I look for in a company: 1) Fair pricing 2) Answer/return phone calls 3) Do the work correctly & promptly Surprisingly hard to find these qualities! H&H Plumbing did all this and more. They were professional, courteous and kept us informed along the way. Also cleaned up after they were done. We will definitely use them in the future. Thanks H&H!

Everyone from the secretary to management is rude and incompetent. I couldn't even get serviced because they refused to show up on time. The plumber was running over 30 minutes late and we didn't get so much as a phone call. The woman answering the phone was so callow and callous.
