I have had these folks out on 2 different occasions and they have been fantastic. Installed and ejector pit and recently replaced my shower tub valve. From the receptionist to the installers they are friendly and very professional. They listen to your needs and then make it happen. Very clean and respectful.

Called on one of the coldest snaps in Iowa's recent history. They're beyond busy. Rick comes down and takes care of my problem and brings another guy to help finish the job. My shop had frozen pipes and cracked meters and I was up and running within two hours when I was concerned I would have to shut down my shop for days. Nicest guys around, best service you can find, and everyone I've ever met from Premier really cares about their customers. Give 'em a call, you can't go wrong with Premier.

This company was recommended by another company I trust. I called them desperate for a plumber as 2 other companies didn't call back in the same week. They sent someone out in ONE business day. I'm very impressed! Plumber was precise, knowledgeable, fixed everything we asked about except our faucets. He was honest about our faucets, they need replaced not fixed. I appreciate the honesty instead of putting bandaids on stuff that's barely functional. I'm glad we have found a plumbing company we can rely on. The person who answered my initial call was friendly and helpful. We will be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.
