We had backed up drain pipe in our basement. Landlord called thus guy to take care of it. He got the job done but not only made a mess when he left but essentially told me to f%#k off for him to work. I didn't tell him how to do his job I just showed him where a loose pex nut was on a toilet and he told me "Don't break something else for me to fix." Unprofessional and rude. This business can kiss my ass.
