Received exceptional service from both the front office and technician that showed up. Michele made scheduling the service painless. Gave me a call at work, letting me know they would be arriving in about 15min. Didnt need to take the day off to sit at home and wait. Mike was experienced and thorough. Had the issues fixed quickly and have had no problems since. Would recommend and will use again!

These guys are amazing. Had an issue with our sink being backed up. Tried to fix it myself and broke the pipe. Service tech not only got the clog free but also was able to fix my broken pipe. And were they on top of it! Called in the morning and we were up and running later that afternoon. Reasonable price too. Thanks!

They told my they'll be at my before 5pm on Friday, of course the didn't show up and I had to call someone on the weekend and pay way more.

Should be 0 stars. Incompetent workers and back office. Quoted me $115 to clean a main drain. Charged me $320. The guy they sent was wanting to pull toilet said should be another clean out when there is only one. Finally after hour and a half got different piece out of truck and push it through. Never use call Smith, Beeline, anyone but these joker's.

Called at 8:05 AM on a Friday with sewer clog, she took our info and said a tech would call with arrival time. Nothing happened, stayed home all day waiting. Finally at 3:30 PM she called back and said they could not make it today and could we wait until Monday. She said they don't like to work weekends as they prefer the help be home with family. She grudgingly arranged for Saturday AM but we received no call. All calls to them went unanswered. Found another company who came right over and was finished in less than an hour. Don't think these people will be in business much longer.
