I called several plumbers for a small job to repair our outdoor shower. No call backs on a couple. One said send a text, I did with pictures. No response. The ones (2) who came out didn't seem eager to take on a small job. Byron was booked for 3-4 weeks but said call back and he'll come take a look when he's more available. I did, he came by, took a gander, and came back the next morning and did a beautiful job in a timely manner. My one mistake was not telling him I wanted a 3rd ball valve after the hot and cold valves so we could maintain the temp as we soaped up our 17 year old Shiba that had a skin condition. No problem, he came by a few days later and installed one early in the morning as we slept. THAT's excellent customer service. We would not hesitate to call him again if we need any more plumbing work done.
