Intertech Maintenance Group

Intertech was assigned to repair my washing machine after the pump gave out. They were extremely courteous, both on the phone and in person, in all our interactions. Jimmy (scheduler) and Buddy (technician) were prompt and considerate. Jimmy went above and beyond to work my service order in and get my washer back up and running, while Buddy was willing to come out after normal business hours to do the repair. The ordering time for parts was very reasonable, and it means a lot to have a company that understands how important your time is. Well done.

Worst company EVER!!!!!!! They charged my 69 year old Mother $2,300.00 to do half of the job that was quoted. The last day they decided that the rest of job didn't need to be done and left. She called to tell them that she would like to be reimbursed for the job that wasn't completed. They refused to reimburse her anything. STAY AWAY!!! SCAMMING ELDERLY PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!!!

Our home insurance company sent them out to do a plumbing repair. They were on time, polite and fixed the leak in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing repair.

Would give 0 stars. Not happy with this company at all! Going through my home warranty for dryer not heating. Submitted request on a Saturday, supposed to receive a call but never did. I finally called Intertech Tuesday. Told them that it was likely the heating element. Guy shows up and immediately asks to use our bathroom!!! Seriously!? Was here 20 min said it was heating element. never heard back with me next appointment . I called home warranty on Friday morning and Intertech had not called in the order. ????. Terrible business

I would give zero stars if possible. My home warranty company chose this company to repair my dryer. The technician came on a Monday and said the only problem was a belt, and it would be three to five business days for it to be fixed. He waited until Thursday to turn in his report, meaning the three to five days wouldn’t start until a week after I started the process. When I found out Thursday that the problem was an inability to submit a simple report, I was promised it would be submitted to the warranty company that day. It still wasn’t submitted by the following Monday. The customer service rep, “Jim,” is unbelievably rude. I would NEVER recommend this company.
