I had the worst experience with this company. They installed a shower for us. It worked fine for a few months until the seal began to break away. The plumber that they sent to "fix" it even commented that he had never seen an install done the way it had been installed. They "fixed" the install, & immediately during the next use of the shower the house flooded. Now they are refusing to take a look at their "Repair". I wouldn't use them if you have another option.

Good clean work efficiently performed. When an outlet for a sink was incorrectly installed, they corrected it promptly, then issued a new invoice for the correction. This additional bill was withdrawn when I pointed out it was not a mod or change order, but an error on their side. Otherwise, 5 stars. Would use them again.

Extremely pleased and impressed with this dedicated and hard-working company that went above and beyond the call of duty to provide top-notch service at a VERY reasonable price. A huge and sincere MAHALO for helping us out. We really appreciate you guys! Awesome job!!!

Downpipe installed my gas line 7 years ago. It started leaking at one of their connections, so I called them up to get it fixed. I was told that since it was Friday it was considered an emergency in addition their portable threader was down so they would have to charge me 135 per hour including the time it would take them to drive back and forth to the shop to use the shop threaded. I asked about their warranty and was told that they only stood behind their work for one year. I am not happy. I want to update yesterday's post. John, the owner of Drainpipe telephoned me this morning, Saturday and was more than helpful. He solved the issue on the spot. Please consider this a complete retraction. I am very satisfied. Thank you John.
