Shane was very articulate in explaining what was needed for our plumbing problem. He got right to work and also pointed out adjacent problems that needed immediate attention as well. Affable and bright he is considerate,reliable and reasonable (hopefully we won't need his services for a while) - but if we do he will be the first we call.
