Green Basements & Remodeling

We have one year left on a 7 year warranty. Even though we had the new part (sent by the manufacturer), Green refused to honor its warranty for service on a thermostatically controlled shower that they recommended and sold to us in our bathroom remodel. Their explanation: this is an ongoing problem that they have repaired before... Right... One would think that they should repair it until it is fixed. Almost every plumbing job on this remodel had to be repaired including Green not connecting the overflow drain on the tub. They did repair that and replaced the overhang floor underneath the tub. Wish they could have gotten things right in the first place. We didn't do a review because Green had honored its warranty before. Now we feel let down and concerned for others.

Workmanship was terrible!!! Took over a month longer than expected. Had to have them back several times to repair things that were wrong. And it still looks terrible!!! And then last week we had a leak in the ceiling from one of them putting a nail through a plumbing pipe!!! Would NOT recommend to anyone!!!!

Green Basements & Remodeling did two bathrooms for my parents house. When I went to visit them, I was completely disgusted by the fact that two elongated toilets were installed with round size toilet seats on them! What a shoddy unprofessional job! I have replaced one and plan to do the other next time I visit. I do not recommend this company, apparently no one is checking the work, after the subcontractors are done, not to mention the builder grade materials throughout. My parents had planned on having them do the other two bathrooms fortunately for them they realized they choose the wrong company. Pathetic!

Green Basements and Remodeling & GR Home, are both companies I consider highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy companies. You gave us renovation and decorating suggestions that were perfect for the needs of our business. Every one is always professional, patient and courteous. We enjoyed working with all of you. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend you and your company without reservation.‎

We met with a very experienced, thorough team at Green Basements and Remodeling. Our designer, Tonya, had great ideas to get us motivated to decide what we really wanted out of our space. We struggle with making decisions, and the whole group was helpful in guiding us without being pushy. We can't wait for the work on our home to start!
