The Dunwoody Plumber

Tom came yesterday evening to accommodate my schedule and install a gas water heater in my attic space. I had another estimate on Saturday and it was outrageously expensive; after that plumber left, I called The Dunwoody Plumber and spoke with Mrs. Connolly. She had Tom come out Saturday morning to give me a quote. He is very reasonable and provided excellent service. I absolutely recommend The Dunwoody Plumber!

I tried to call to talk about hiring Dunwoody Plumber for my building (218 units) and he literally told me to "@$#& off" right after I told him what I wanted to hire him for. I don't care if he was having a bad morning or doesn't do commercial contracts or what. However, in my opinion any business man who answers the phone like this to a potential customer is not someone I would invite into my home or building for ANY REASON!!! STAY AWAY!!!

We had a problem with our basement bathroom a month and a half ago. Mr Connolly came and several hours and $500 later supposedly he had fixed the pump. This pump is located in a storage closet and when we came in to get something from there the stench was terrible. We had to take everything out. I have been calling Mr. Connolly for 3 weeks and the lady who answers says he's extremely busy and will call me back as soon as he can. I don't think it's fair to have to pay someone else to fix whatever he did wrong but apparently he doesn't stand by his work

Tom has been fantastic to work with, he showed up on time, replaced our water heater was pleasure to deal with. We couldn't be happier!
