First they scheduled appointment to come out my property on Saturday from 10-12 pm and I waited for them to call me to show up and then they called me back and said they could not come out. I wasted my whole day waiting and they rescheduled to come out Monday from 8-10 am. They called me at 9 something and the guy on the phone I talked to soundes like he was doing a favor for me for free or something. They changed the time frame to 8-12pm. Hello.. I have things to take care too. And you guys don't do anything for free here so if you say you can come out at that hour, please show up, if your time is valuable, my time is too. Imagine if they have done your pluming and electrical incorrectly and you call them to come back to fix it, I they will find excuse to avoid coming back to fix it ..I don't think they are going to come out right away. DO NOT choose this company, there are many of other companies out there you can choose from.
Called after hours when all toilets started overflowing because of a blocked main drain. Answering service couldn’t reach anyone but assured me I would get a call back shortly. Needless to say, I never received a call back. I did end up calling another company that was great that I will definitely use in the future.
I have a bad experience with AllGood installing NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Tesla model 3. AllGood incorrectly oriented the ground pin on the bottom (there is also good safety reason why it is recommended that ground pin should position on top, see homedepot/lowes/google for how NEMA 14-50 outlet should normally be oriented), which make the model 3 plug be in an awkward position when plug in and potentially harm the plug. When I inform AllGood of the problem, they did not stand behind their work and make it right, but charge me for coming out to turn the outlet 180 degrees. I trusted AllGood to know how most EV plug should be oriented or inform me of the common problem so I can contact the manufacture for info if needed. I am disappointed and will not be using their services anymore.
While for any service company you can always find bad reviews, it usually comes down to the quality of the people they hire. And there will always be individuals who are good at what they do and those that suck. You just have to hope you get an individual who is good at what they do. Luckily I've had a few good experiences with AllGood. What I like about them is they are organized in terms of being business-like and appear to be up-to-date in their use of technology. I recently needed a water heater replaced in a hurry and they accommodated me in the same day, including dispatch callback, call to advise when tech was on the way, came on time and did the work at a competitive cost for brand name equipment. In the service world, all this is hard to come by at once, so for those reasons, I would recommend AllGood and they will be my first choice next time. Hopefully I don't run into any individuals who suck at what they do. p.s. Couple things I didn't like about the job is that the tech didn't explain how to use the water heater in terms of lighting it, setting temp etc., and I had to give the gas line connection 1 more 1/2 turn after smelling a slight gas odor. I will excuse these since I think he was trying to get me taken care of ASAP.
My mother in law cashed because she had no water pressure in her house. The tech came out and was very nice but either did not know what he was doing or did not care about start he was doing. He swapped a washer out in an outside faucet and charged her @200 service fee. Wet canned him to come back out and I met with him, gut him to check the water pressure which he admitted but doing the first time got him to check the other inside and outside faucets and after pressure which he admitted to not having done. He recommended replacing the entire main line from the meter to the house for 2,000 minimum..... I thanked him for coming back out and sent him in his way Called another plumber who diagnosed the issue, replaced the pressure check valve and remedied the problem for 220 bucks All good is no good at least this time
