I was impressed with the documentation of the inspection and the extension of the discount to a future homeowner. Good communication and I felt they really wanted a satisfied customer.

We had a late-night house emergency on the first day of moving into our new home, and bluefrog came within the hour to help us!! Melvin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when it came to fixing our plumbing issue. One of our favorite things about bluefrog plumbing is that their dispatcher sends you an e-mail with the plumbers photo and contact information when they are en route! This made us feel very comfortable, especially after hours! I'd highly recommend bluefrog, and we will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs!
