Tiptop Plumbing Services, Inc.-Loganville

I had used Tiptop Plumbing a few years ago for a sump pump replacement and liked the work so much I spent about an hour searching through receipts and old checks to find Charles again. This time when we called him, he spent probably 15 minutes on the phone with us to troubleshoot our problem... successfully. Cost me $15 for a part at Home Depot. All Charles said was, "if that doesn't fix it, give me a call back." He is very professional and definitely knows plumbing. I won't call anyone else. 7/27/2019 Apparently I cannot post a new review so I will just add to this one. I had another plumbing issues and dropped a text to Charles who responded promptly and asked for pictures if my issue. He later called (late on a Friday night no less) and gave me some suggestions (which worked) and this time I was able to fix it (stubborn tub handle removal) myself. Thanks Charles. And you know you are my guy when I have to call in the pro!

Charles is amazing, honest, patient, and pleasant. He squeezed me into his busy schedule and set very reasonable expectations on his arrival time. He provided an incredible experience from initial contact until I walk him to his truck and shook his hand. He is an incredible plumbing professional and will be my goto plumber for years to come. I had a leak in an upstairs toilet, causing some water damage to the ceiling below it. I was sure were part of the problem was, but unsure if there was more to it. I called Charles, and unfortunately he was booked pretty solid the next 24 hours. He offered to come when he could, but was already committed on a current job. I do have some novice ability, and Charles was nice enough to walk me through some of the trouble shooting on the phone, and very helpful with me trying to fix it myself. He was also concerned enough to know if I was successful after working on it. You didn't have to do that Charles, and it means a lot to know someone cares! Highly recommend!

After researching and calling several local plumbers for quotes on some minor plumbing repairs, I scheduled an appointment with Tiptop. Charles was fortunately able to schedule a prompt appointment and get my issues resolved. He had all the parts needed and was able to complete the repairs quickly. He did a great job and made sure to walk me through the changes/fixes he made. He even went above an beyond by replacing some tangential items not directly related to the repair. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to call Tiptop for my future needs.

My mother used Charles at Tip Top Plumbing to replace her aging water heater and asked me to write a review for her. This is obviously a big deal as she has never written a review before.
