My water heater busted when I was out of town and my basement was sitting in 6 inches of water. Serclean came out immediately and fixed the problem. They helped us out and eased our mind during such a stressful time. I highly recommend Serclean and will definitely use them in the future if we ever have another disaster.
I had a great experience with Serclean. We had water damage and the response time was fast and the situation was taken care of. I will def recommend Serclean to my friends and family.
Serclean in Lawrenceville was timely, effectively, and extremely professional. I was very pleased with their work, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
I have nothing but positive feedback about the entire Serclean team. I had bad water damage over the weekend. I needed help, immediately. I just did not know what to do. There was much damage to the tile and hardwood floor and I was very nervous and scared. Michael and Tim never pressured me to use their service. They both were reassuring and told me that I would NEVER be disappointed with the quality service they provide. The entire team was very professional, courteous, and concerned. They did everything, they told me that they would do. I cannot thank them enough for their helpfulness throughout the entire ordeal. Thanks to Michael, Tim and the rest of the team who came to my house to help. You guys are truly wonderful!
When I was informed that a water fountain in our church started spraying water all over the foyer and the downstairs classrooms, I immediately called Michael with SerClean. He and his technician, Aaron, were onsite as fast as legally possible. Aaron worked quickly and efficiently to get the drying equipment set up and running. Monitoring regularly and cleaning up when they were done made a disaster much less of a headache. Thanks guys
