Our 31 year old A/c unit was failing in the dead heat of summer! It was on it’s last leg and past time to replace it. We began to shop around with different companies and finally chose M&W Heating and Air. So glad we did! Everything from start to finish was professional and completed in a timely manner. Other companies tried to price gouge and take advantage of our misfortune but not M&W. M&W Heating and Air is the best Heating and Air company in Macon for certain, and all of Middle GA as far as I am concerned. Thank you M&W!

It was tip top service from beginning to end with these folks. They were honest, informative and hard working. They were even nice enough to inform us that the majority of our vents were facing the wrong direction (which we had no idea) from when our house was built. They fixed that problem free of charge. Super polite and respectful installers. Would recommend M and W to anyone!

I wouldn’t deal with anyone else! The entire staff I’ve had the privilege of dealing with were great! Had me up and running on an emergency call on a Friday night. Did what they said they would and got a quote on Monday for a new unit (my choice no pressure involved) within a day had a whole new unit in my house! Wow talk about service. In a world we wonder who to trust with things we can’t do ourselves it’s great to know we have a hard working honest and friendly company in our area!
