They called me saying they were 5-10 minute away from my location. Very friendly when they came in, made small talk so I didn’t feel have that uncomfortable “two strangers are quiet in my house” feeling. It took them 20 minutes to find the problem AND fix it, AND they explained what my problem was in simple terms so I understood. Plus for the world of plumbing, we’re pretty inexpensive.

My go to plumber for my business and home. Always very satisfied with their service!! Best in Camden for sure!

Cumberland Plumbing did a lot of work at my home today - repairs that had been pushed off for a long time due to fear of the bill. They were the highest rated plumbing shop in my area - and they have earned it. Their estimate was the lowest I could find - and in the end, they still came in below it. Great work - done quickly - courteous and friendly service.

Excellent service. Can't remember guys name, but he came out and immediately diagnosed the problem with my water heater. He took his time removing my filter to ensure it wasn't damaged in the process. He cleaned it and recommended that I order extras to have on hand in case the problem occurred again. He instructed me on how to maintain the maintenance for the water heater. Price was reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your plumbing issues.

Two trips and still had to call another plumber to get a simple job done. Called to talk to owner about concerns and solutions, but the owner would not hear me out. As I promised him I called after the second plumber fixed the problem and on follow up call the owner hung up on me. VERY VERY unprofessional and rude. Over $800 Dollars and estimate of over $1500 more to finish job. Called a got the second plumber to come out and they fixed and completed the job ($324 Dollars) in less than one hour. They also covered up the Hole your guys left behind. I have several rental properties in the area and was hoping to find a partner and someone I could trust to do the job right and at a reasonable price. Well I did just not your company..... ***** Added on 3-7-2019 @ Noon ***** John, Once Again I see you like to make things up as you go along. So will put this in a timeline that you can follow. Also you should have your service men use the area on your forms (Diagnosis and Description of services) so they and you can keep your stories straight. I have all paperwork you gave me and calls if you or anyone would like to see or hear. I understand people make mistake and that you’re not on every jobsite.
