Very disappointed with this company. Worst experience from a service business ever! I called them to replace a leaking water line and they sent someone the following day. The guy did a shoddy job as the replaced pipe started to leak again within a month. He charged me $1200 to replace water line from the meter to the wall and gave an invoice with his name on it. I called the company and they were okay with me paying him on a personal invoice. Unfortunately I did not notice the new leak until several months later when the water bill went from my usual $70 to $200. I called Victory Plumbing and they won't resolve the issue. Stated that the guy that did the job was a contractor renting their trucks and no longer works with them. They said I'd have to personally call him and get him to fix the issue. Why would I have to follow up with an individual while Victory Plumbing are the ones that sent him? They should be responsible for the work done by their contractors. Trying to follow up with them some more, the guy I talked to changed the story and stated that Victory Plumbing has gone out of business and he only acquired the phone line. I found it very strange because first he answered the phone "Victory Plumbing.....". Secondly, he seemed to very well know the guy who did the work and even knew that he was a contractor renting Victory Plumbing trucks. That does not sound like someone who only just acquired a phone line formally used by an old business, does it? I have now filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and getting ready to file a small claims in court.

I will never do business with this company again. I had a pipe bust one evening and called them out for repairs, they arrived and assessed the damage and decided to plan on coming back at a later date for repairs due to weather, which was fine. We set up a date and time for the repairs and I paid them their $80 service charge for coming out, no big deal there. The day came for our scheduled appointment and they never came or bothered to even call and let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it. I decided to give them a call and see what happened and was met with rude and very poor customer service. I asked for my money to be refunded being that they neglected to show up for repairs and was immediately told no. All in all, I would definitely shop around before even thinking of this company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Ivan was really prompt at scheduling our service and Sly was polite, professional and extremely helpful! We were very stressed as first time homeowners trying to get our water working. Six other companies were unable to get us the help we needed in a timely manmer and Victory Plumbing saved the day! They managed to squeeze us in same day and within about half an hour of his arrival, we had our problems solved. We definitely recommend this company and will use again in the future as needed!
