Harding Plumbing Heating and Cooling

We've used Harding twice for plumbing work over the past few years, and have been very happy with their service. Their prices are reasonable, and they're always very personable. Would definitely recommend them.

I have used Harding twice; once for my AC blowing hot air and again when my hot water heater went out the day before a holiday. Both times I called Harding they sent someone to my house the same day. They were able to fix my AC and replace my broken water heater the same day I called and charged a fair pric . I won't use anyone else for AC or plumbing issues in the futur . I wish they offered more services because they were a pleasure to work wit . Ronnie at the office was kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Harding.

Returning to fix mistakes not a priority once Harding has gotten your money. We had a problem with our HVAC unit. We called Harding and they came the next day and fixed it. (Which was great). Later the same day, my family heard extremely loud sounds and felt significant continuous vibrations that could be felt all the way to the main floor from the attic system before we went to bed. Needless to say, we became extremely concerned. We turned the unit off and still heard the sounds and felt the vibrations. We called Harding first thing the next morning and told them we did not feel safe and asked someone to come look at the unit ASAP. They could not guarantee someone could come the same day so we called another company to take a look. They found that someone from Harding left cardboard from a new filter in our unit. Thank God, this turned out not be be dangerous. Harding refused to reimburse the cost of the other company finding and fixing their mistake. We even spoke to the owner Mr. Harding who said "It was not their fault that we couldn't wait to get the problem fixed." My family's safety comes first that is why we refused to wait. We will not be using Harding again. Please beware that this company may make a careless mistake and have a laissez-faire attitude when it comes time to fix it regardless of customer's sense of security.

Pretty good. They are on schedule and always able to come out to calls. I had one incident with them at my home but it wasnt anything serious and they always help us out at my office. I keep calling because they are reliable so I will call them for plumbing issues in the future.

I experienced a leak in my hot water line under the slab in my guest bath. I contacted Harding Plumbing and they scheduled to arrive on 04/10/2019 at 2pm. The technician called and was able to arrive at 1:30. He immediately diagnosed the problem and offered a much less intrusive and costly option to repair. Zack completed the repair in less than 3 hours and cleaned up before he left. Unfortunately I had a second small leak in a different line that did not present itself until the larger leak was repaired. Zack was back out today at 8:15 am and was completed by 11:15 am. I can strongly recommend Harding for both quality of work and cost. I will be using them in the future for any plumbing or HVAC needs.
