Excellent service and prices. I'll never use a different plumber. Trey was absolutely wonderful. He spoke to me like a person and not just a customer. He was able to find our problem and fix it in no time. The man on the phone was great too. He understood how urgent our issue was and was able to get Trey out within the hour. Thanks!

The review process for Only Plumbing is very misleading. They send you and email or text and ask you to rate the service technician, not the company. Recently a service technician, Trey Clark, serviced my plumbing issue. Trey was very good at what he explained and performed however, the company he works for, Only Plumbing, should be ashamed of themselves. They charged $165.00 to snake a commode that took Trey only 4 minutes. It appeared Trey Clark, felt uneasy about the charge as well. When I talked with Patrick, manager, his excuse was they had a high overhead cost. Well Patrick and Only Plumbing, you only get to take advantage of customers one time! I would never recommend Only Plumbing due to the high charge for services. AND REMEMBER ONLY PLUMBING DOES NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK AND THEY MAKE YOU SIGN AND ACKNOWLEDGE PRIOR TO PERFORMING ANY WORK, AT THAT POINT THEY GOT YOU OVER THEIR BARREL.

Nathan came out to fix a leak in the main pipe that leads from under the bridge to my house. He did an amazing job explaining the situation of what needed to be done for the leak to be completely repaired and done in a very timely manner. He is a true example of what the plumbing profession should represent!
