FitzGerald and Sons Plumbing Company

This is the 5th time I have used Fitzgerald & Sons at my home, after using another plumber for about 8 years...he retired and I was nervous about who to use. I have not been disappointed in anything Fitzgerald & Sons have recommended or done. Shannon in the office is always polite and efficient. I have had Chase come out on several of the visits. He is patient to answer my questions. He is always thorough and cleans up after himself. He does a great job. Tyler was on the job with him yesterday, and was friendly and polite. The company is fair and their pricing is competitive. I will continue to use them!

Tristan did an outstanding job for us. I would highly recommend him. He was prompt, very cordial and willing to explain the problem. He completed the work in a timely manner. Tyler aided in the repair, and he was nice as well.

We had the laundry dryer installed since it's gas - simple quick work. But also had our water pressure checked and it was way too high and imbalanced pressure. They adjusted the pressure and created the shut off valve to be more accessible. Nice clean job. Will always be calling for Fitzgerald for any plumbing job because of their professionalism and neat job.

My call was taken right away and scheduled for the next morning (as I had called during the afternoon). The crew was clean, careful, respectful of our privacy and thorough. The lead plumber explained any out of ordinary steps he had to take and gave us a choice of whether to go ahead or forgo the step. The whole process took less than half a day, and we were pleased with their cleanup process.

I called FitzGerald on my way to work this morning, along with 2 other plumbers. FitzGerald called me back at 8am, the other 2 called at 10am and 1130am, neither got the job. FitzGerald replaced my Hot water heater, did a great job, excellent crew!! I'm a Marine Veteran and I will let my Marine Corps Detachment know what a great job they did, ooh-rah!
