Great service and quick

This was the 1st time we ever needed a plumber. Royal Flush was recommended to us by a coworker. The tech was very respectful & courtesy. The pricing as far as we know was very competitive. The work was done professionally & timely. I would DEFINITELY use them again if necessary and HIGHLY recommend them for ALL your plumbing needs.

We had a plumbing situation that we needed taken care of quickly. I called a couple of well-known plumbing companies in the area, but when they came out, I was not pleased with them quoting an estimate without even looking at the problem. I then called Royal Flush Plumbing. From the moment I placed my first call, I was treated in a courteous and professional manner. They provided a very reasonable window of time, and the plumber, Austin, showed up on time. Austin was extremely professional and friendly, and gave us an estimate (with a thorough explanation) that we felt was fair and reasonable. He was able to do the work on the spot, and completed the work to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Royal Flush Plumbing, and will request Austin if we need service in the future.

5 years ago, this company did my sewage line. The service was great and pricing reasonable. They also sold and installed a water heater for me. I was extremely satisfied. A few weeks ago I had a leaking toilet and the shut off valve wasnt working so I needed it resolved quickly. I called them for next day service. Waited all day, I called and I wasnt in system. The lady apologized and put me in for the next day. I stayed home again the next day and no one came. I called and they said they called to confirmed and no one answered so they didn’t dispatch. I had no missed calls or VM and I had stayed home for this ! The third day, they came promptly without any hiccups. As far as the service of the techs, it was good but, I was charged $425 to repair my old toilet. Replacing and installing a new toilet would be $525 because it was an old house and blah blab blah. I chose the was $100 less because that $425 was way more that was in my budget to begin with. The other day, I noticed that a basic high efficiency white toilet woukd cost me $90. I called and found a plumber that would charge $60/hr (* however many hours). Going off the price quotes by Royal Flush for $525 I figured it would take a few hours but more than likely I could save some money. The plumber came and installed the toilet in less than an hour! I was out of $105 (with tax) plus $60. So now I have a repaired low efficiency toilet that still requires me to flush twice that I paid over $400 to get repaired in one bathroom over a brand new efficient toilet that I paid $165 for and it was done in 1 hour and a simple trip to home depot. I should have asked around. I did feel like that $400 was high but I trusted them from my previous experience and I bought into the “old house” to “new toilets” lingo thinking “man that must be a laborous thing.” Turns out it wasnt a hastle. There was no extra laborous procress. It was a simple in and out deal. I feel totally duped. For something major like a sewer line call them. But anything else...buyer beware.

Excellent service and reasonable pricing. The plumber arrived at the allotted time, was professional, yet very friendly -- the work he performed was excellent! Would definitely hire Royal Flush again if we have any plumbing issues.
