I called on Tuesday for appointment and received a return call on Wed to set up appointment on Thursday or Friday. Mahn texted me on Friday at 2:00 p.m due to a conflict o set up appointment next week on Tuesday and I cancelled. Could be OK for some people who want to wait a week for more for an appointment but I don't care to sit around waiting for a contractor to call.
My experience was excellent. Mr. Larry came out fast to identifty the problem and the following day the problem was solved. The price was fair and I am very satisfied. Thanks again!
A different plumber would not come back to fix his own mistake. Larry Mahn quoted us a very reasonable price to fix it, came the next morning, fixed the problem, did not charge us for the time period he had to wait before he could test the repair, came back and tested it (it was great), and charged us exactly what he quoted. In addition to doing good work, Larry was quick, friendly, and clean.
the guy never pick up the phone nor return calls, can't do quote over the phone, he schedules appointments and not show up
