We were very pleased with the Plumbing service provided by Banks Quarles. This was our first time using them. Scott Stokes did a professional job for us. He installed 3 new toilets and attended to our other plumbing issues. Our whole experience from the beginning with us calling for an appointment until Scott finished the job was definitely a good one. Scott arrived dressed in a clean Banks Quarles uniform, with the picture sent us before his arrival, he was easily recognized. That was a great safety feature. He assessed our problem and gave us options to choose from ..... he presented the total bill before any work was started. We knew right from the start what it would cost. We were most impressed before Scott started working, he placed a mat at our front door and put on a pair of booties over his shoes so he would not soil my floors. He also placed a mat under his truck if it should drop any oil/ grease on our drive. Then he began to work, the quality of his work was superior. He was friendly and courteous. He was timely with finishing the job and left our home clean!!!! We highly recommend Banks Quarles and Scott Stokes for any plumbing service.

We've been using this company for several years. We have the twice-a-year maintenance on our heat pump & furnace system. They are good about showing up, communicating with us before, during, and after each visit, and we have never had a problem with them. The prices are comparable to other local companies, and the service & office staff are professional and pleasant. Update July '19: technician was thorough and professional and did an outstanding job. The estimate was free, thorough, and with no pressure. Multiple options were presented with no hurry, and with plenty of time for questions. There have been no follow-up calls pressuring us for a decision. We are really impressed. We strongly recommend this company for estimates for electrical work.

Banks Quarles does excellent work. Service technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Banks Quarles sends you an email in advance so you know whom to expect at your door and they do background checks as well. Their only flaw is scheduling. They rarely make the scheduled appointment and it is not unusual for the scheduler to call to ask to reschedule after the appointment is past. I have been their customer for years and missed appointments is a consistent problem.
