I am happy to write this review. I had called another plumbing service to schedule planned maintenance due to my drains running slowly. I had company coming and felt that there was about to be a nasty problem that would have been very inconvenient to everyone. The plumber that showed up from the other company told me his estimate was $350.00. (OMG!) I have been in this house 12 years and have had this done 3-4 times and it has never cost that much - ever, EVEN when I had backed up, overflowing toilets. I said "NO THANKS-can't afford that". Then I called American Plumbing and they told me on the phone, that they charge $98.00 an hour and $25.00 for the snake machine. The total cost for this professional, prompt, polite, "pre-emptive strike" was ....... $123.00. Shopping does pay sometimes! I will never use another plumber. You have my business forever!
