I was surprised to see some bad reviews of Holton because they have been nothing but great the several times I've needed them. They were prompt, reliable and very fairly priced. I had one large job that came in $500 under their quote. I wouldn't have known the difference, but they were just honest about it and saved me a ton of money. I highly recommend this plumbing company. Also, if you have a sewer problem call them before Rotor Rooter or Rooter Man........so much cheaper and did the job well.
Need to have current pay process..only taking cash and check is prehistoric

I am a stickler for promptness so I appreciated the 15 minute callout and the technician was very friendly and helpful to explain what was needed. The price was not outrageous.
Haven't experienced service from these people yet. That's in a couple of days. But the B!TCH on the phone could NOT have been more rude!!! How are businesses allowing people like this to continue working for them? You seriously can't find ANY good help no more. What a shame!
