I used Tindall based on a couple recommendations and am sad to report that is was NOT a good experience. Not only was I charged $275 MORE than what I was quoted, they cut my power lines and Wayne said, "They were in the way." So not only was I charged an EXTRA $275 for the service I now have to pay an electrician to get my power back on. After speaking to the owner, EXPECTING to be able to work something out, he accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY and offered no compensation for the extra damage. He did say when I told him how much the electrician was, "That's too much. You paid too much." To which I replied, "I didn't know you were an electrician too. I feel the same way about what you charging me an extra $275. I would certainly look else where.
Mr. Tindall and Phillip are honest, dependable and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any septic tank problem.
