Never showed for scheduled quote. Lied about calling to confirm. Customer service ????????????????

I called on a Sunday afternoon with a concern with our septic tank. I expected to have to wait until later in the week and was worried, but the guys from Drain Doctor came out within two hours and resolved the issue quickly and well giving us peace of mind.
