Morningside Plumbing

I truly used to believe that this company, Morningside Plumbing was a reputable company with reasonable rates. Wow, have they changed. First they charged us almost double what I've now found is the usual cost for replacing a thermal coupling that wasn't even the cause of the problem. Secondly, they then tried to sell us on a new hot water heater at once again about twice the cost that we've been quoted by several other plumbing companies. And when we cancelled our initial acceptance of the new hot water within the same hour, they attempted to charge us a $300 cancellation fee. I'll say for sure these people won't have my business again. It's a shame. They used to be a good company.
