What I appreciated more than anything with this company, besides the quality of their work, was their work ethic and honesty. When my simple septic tank service call turned into a full blown septic tank project, these guys advised me on what the issues were, showed me the points of failure, and let me know when I was approaching a quoted price threshold. When you have a major unknown septic tank issue, it is something that is buried under the ground, you do not realize the domino effect of problems present until you dig it up. With me it was from an unlicensed project the previous home owners performed and covered up. TurboRooter was not quick to say “replace”. I appreciated their thoughtful deliberation at each point of failure, them taking into consideration my finiacial concerns, and I loved how they involved me in the entire process. All of their team members were respectful, friendly, and I never once heard a foul word uttered; which made me comfortable with my 2 and 4 year old children watching them work. What’s more, they had a way of making you feel much less embarrassed about the obvious odor and visuals of working in your septic system. I highly recommend TurboRooter, and I have found a permanent address book entry for my plumbing and septic needs.

FROM START TO FINISH, DISPATCH TO SERVICE TECHS IT WAS A GREAT AND AFFORDABLE EXPERIENCE please read on. I was stuck backed up for three days and tried calling 11 different septic companies and they all either failed to return calls or failed to show as promised and gave me lame excuses. I started all over on Saturday morning and Google took me Turbo Rooter Conyers which I submitted an online quote through Home Advisor for and was given the option to call and while I was on the phone with the man who answered, their scheduler called to answer my request from Home Advisor within 10 mins of my submission. They understood I was in a bind and squeezed me in at the end of their day and though my Job was extremely difficult they were very professional and went the extra mile to not only empty my tank but also cleared a very badly clogged main. They were here 4+ hrs and I expected to pay a lot more than what they charged.
