Home Services at The Home Depot

I placed a special order on some French doors and was going to have them install. I checked weekly for the past four weeks about the progress of the order was told that it would be in on December 5 so I tried to schedule the install the salesman refuse to help me as he had to go on his lunch break the customer service desk and for me that the lady that schedules in stalls was out and that she would call me first thing in the morning I never received a call. They refuse to assist me in scheduling the install therefore I had to cancel the order. It appeared to me that wants to take up my money they refuse to do any more business with me even though I had not received the door nor were they installed. Don’t use them for special orders or their installation department.

Home Depot schedules appointments that they don't keep. I've had 3 appointments scheduled, where I rearranged my day to accommodate a no show.
