Great experience with this company. Eric was amazing and went out of his way to provide great service - to include having an obscure part delivered overnight to minimize our suffering without hot water!! Also, the scheduling team was fantastic and very empathetic. Especially Kristie who arranged for me to call her back directly since she was familiar with my particular situation. Very happy with both the professional skills and the customer service experience with this company!!

Scheduled an appointment with lovely Jennifer to have a professional look at three separate issues that needed to be addressed by a potential buyer of my home! My window for a representative to be here was between 9:00 a.m. and noon. About 10:00, I received a phone call from Thomas Conner saying he would be at my residence within 30 minutes. It took less time that that! I went over the three concerns with him and he immediately started with the first, which was a faulty flush handle on a toilet. Said it did not need to be replaced; he just cleaned it and it now works fine The other two remaining issues were with the sink faucets and my dishwasher. Thomas showed me that the faucets work fine and so does the dishwasher! I was amazed! Still, I expected a hefty bill for the work done and information presented to me IN WRITING. Instead, High Priority is more into Customer Satisfaction than asking a customer to pay through the nose (which many companies do). Was only charged for the "service call. Thomas was professional and went well beyond my expectations for exemplary customer service. As he left he thanked me for my business. I highly recommend High Priority for any/all of your plumbing needs. I will be referring them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you for a job well done Thomas!

Fast, prompt & courteous service! I would highly recommend this company as well plumber Noah G. He was well mannered on my call with him as well with my 74 year old mother at home for the installation. He explained to her in great detail each step of the way as well as the operation of our new garbage disposal. Thank you! I will be using your services should the need ever arise again. Had Eric & Evan out again after they fixed our plumbing a month ago to run a new gas line. We are so pleased w/ their work. Cant say Thank you enough for running our new line so I didn’t have to give up my gas stove for an electric!! You guys are awesome!!! This company came to our house through home insurance we have!! SO glad they sent this company!! Cant say enough wonderful things about Eric & Evan!! They worked there butts off, fixed all of our issues in a timely manner & left no trace of their work behind!! Our dogs Loved both of them! Also Evan smelled a gas leak in our attack alerted us to it & Eric suggested an awesome Hvac company to help!!! If you get to request the plumbers sent out Definitely Definitely ask for Eric & Evan!! Thank you guys so much!!!
