Norwood Plumbing

I used Norwood Plumbing to replace my toilet. the plumber did an excellent job. He even went the extra mile by clearing a sink for me. I'll be using these guys from now on.

I've read through the reviews and some explained they had challenges getting through. Unfortunately, I've been calling all morning and am yet to get a live person. I would recommend investing in a part-time person that can take calls to set up appointments. We live in a fast paced world where we just don't have time to leave a message and hope someone gets back. Not being able to get a hold of a live person could be costing more than hiring a part-time person to answer calls. Just a thought.

I had a great experience with Norwood Plumbing. The plumber came to fix multiple clogged sinks and toilets in my home. It turns out that they were all caused by one issue. I figured out what it was quickly and got it taken care of. There is nothing like good service and they definitely provided it.

Norwood Plumbing is the best. They were friendly, on time and helped me to understand my plumbing problem. It turns out that the water pressure in my home was too high so I caused my pipe to leak. They changed out the valve that regulates water pressure and repaired the leak. Many thanks to David for being on top of his job and going the extra mile.

My water bill was very high so I called my water company for an explanation. they told me that I probably had a leak somewhere. I called Norwood Plumbing to see if they could find a leak. They discovered that the toilet in my bathroom had been running constantly causing the huge water bill. They got the toilet fixed that same day. I'm glad I found a great company that knew what they were doing.
