So I called them out for a stopped up toilet. The plumber started telling me he thought it was the roof vent then once I told him what I thought it was he went with that I don't know if mines made the most money or what but after him tearing up my ceiling and changing out pipes that possibly didn't need to be changed I clearly see that where the vent pipe was that he originally thought it was was actually where all my damage was but do you think he bothered to mention it or address it no. I was told I got a great deal on price for the replacing of the pipes im not sure what the average price is so I'm left to take there word for it but I was also promised a warranty that it took me a weeks worth of phone calls to finally get I don't know who the young lady was that finally made that happen but I thank her cause Evelyn acted like it was impossible to get in contact with their own plumber don't get me wrong if this whole situation was some kind of great deal I'm appreciative but right now I feel like I'm just another woman that got taken advantage of they also recommended there partners in crime warrior don't listen to them don't do it save your time and money it's all a scam

William was my plumber. He did an amazing job helping fix the leaks in my house. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was really caring and wants to make sure you get the proper work done. He was efficient and quick to get the job done.

I contacted Delta Plumbing late afternoon to repair a toilet at our business. They had a technician out the next morning very early. Joel was the technician and he was very professional and got the job done very quickly. I would highly recommend.

I'm glad to hear that so many people had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately, I did not. I called to get a water line installed to my ice maker. To their credit, they were very prompt and sent someone out quickly. However, he looked at what was under my sink and informed me that the only way to do it was to replace a bunch of stuff and quoted me a price of over $500. All that was needed was an adapter - one which I couldn't find at the home improvement store. I asked him about the adapter, and his response was that the only way he could do it was to replace everything. He then dropped the price by $100, which made me suspicious of why it was so high to begin with. I said that the price was outrageous, to which he replied that I learned a lesson about self-repair versus calling a company. When I asked him about the size of one of the pipes, he was very reluctant to tell me - saying that he was giving away his pearls of wisdom. I suppose that I did learn a lesson because I have now bought the adapter from Amazon and installed the line, for a cost of $8. Quite honestly, the lesson I learned was not to call this company again.
