Excellent customer service! I had Shadd come out today and fix multiple things that I had wrong with my Plumbing. We just bought the house and these things (toilet issues, shower leaks, garbage disposal and hot water heater) had gone unnoticed by the inspector. Thanks to Shadd and his extensive knowledge, everything now works wonderfully! He was super personable and a joy to be around! Thank you Shadd!!! I'll always use Best1 plumbing for all my Plumbing needs!!!!

AWESOME & PROFESSIONAL customer service . I went through my warranty company after my electric water heater went out after 14 years. Dewey, was the first that was sent out , and gave awesome service. I spoke to the owner Eric on the phone, who was also extremely nice and professional and explained the situation to me. Once it was approved by my warranty company, they even went above and beyond to come out on a Saturday ( next day) to install it. Shodd came and completed the whole install by himself and had a great personality and customer service. This company lives true to it's name "Best 1" and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumbing company. 2 thumbs up.
