STAY AWAY!!!! The HVAC Technicians where all knowledgeable, but about 1/3 just didn't quite understand how to interact with customers and came off as rude. My primary issue is with their office and scheduling. My heat pump went out on the 4th of November, and through three trips to my house, and an entire new heat pump, I still don't have heat in my house...and now we are in a record cold spell. Each time the HVAC tech properly diagnosed the problem, but the parts manager and scheduling clerks just mangle all their work by not ordering the right parts, having the parts come in and never calling me to schedule, or just sitting on their hands and not doing their job. They are so incompetent in their office I feel like I have a part time job managing the parts flow and scheduling of my own HVAC repair. They have had over 60 days to fix my system, and I am still sitting in the [RECORD] cold because they cant do their job. Again, in summary, STAY AWAY!!!
