Best company I could have ever used. John came out the day I called for my tenants. He was accurate and detailed on his assessment and resolution. John was very helpful during this emergency and I would recommend him to anyone because of his solid business practices and ethics.

Coleman (the son) came out twice, once in April and again in May, to fix where the water main came into the house. Well it just busted again and I called out a larger company who says the fittings used were never supposed to be buried and were not installed to code. I'm considering legal action at this point. This is the third time this year that I've had the same section of this pipe bust after being here 14 years.

Just had a great experience with Coleman Plumbing! Very friendly family-owned business that completed great work hands down. Took time to explain their work as well. Don't see this kind of company around much anymore! Highly recommend.

Great experience all around. John L. came out and was very professional and honest. He was very quick to respond, even on a Saturday, and had every issue resolved in a few hours. He was even talking with my kids and making them laugh. After the installation, we even received a follow up phone call from the owner. Excellent customer service and quality work! I feel that I can legitimately write this review because I have personally called upon Coleman’s plumbing 3 times to fix 3 DIFFERENT types of plumbing problems we have had in our home. (One was to fix a problem that another large plumbing company had made - even though it was still under warranty with the big name plumbing company, but there was NO WAY I was going to call them back onto my property). Coleman’s plumbing is most definitely a plumbing company that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a company that is HONEST, RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, and most important (in my opinion), does NOT look at their customers with dollar signs in his eyes. They are methodical in their work and makes the homeowner feel like they are the most important customer of the day. They walk you through every step of what they are going to do to fix your plumbing problem so that there are no surprises in the end. In addition to fixing our issues in an efficient and timely manner, they left the area they were working in mint condition and you would not have even known they were there! So if you’re reading this review because you’re desperately trying to find a plumber that you can trust, seriously - call COLEMAN’S! Don’t call those big names plumbing companies. We’ve been there - done that, emptied our bank account because of them, only to have them comeback 2 to 3 times because they didn’t do their jobs right to begin with. Coleman’s Plumbing is who I will refer to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work.
