I called to set up two gas line repairs with Mario in February 2019. He came out and met with my maintenance team and gave us a quote and a start date. That date changed more times than I can count. The weather is understandable but his business practices are NOT. This company is obviously not equipped to handle the job they came out and bid.

This company does not stand by their word. Mario will give you the complete run around IF he answers the phone. I begged for weeks for a start date and was never given one. I try to use “ family” companies and I gave this company the benefit of the doubt for MONTHS! Lesson learned here! Don’t be the next victim of this incompetent company!

Hopefully you’re not reading this after it’s too late. Do not waste your time. They will bid your job and give you a start date then never show up. Every day, if they chose to answer the call, will be excuse after excuse. Mario is NOT RELIABLE, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, NOT HONEST, NOT DEPENDABLE! Find another company that wants to work!!!

I do school social work for Whitfield County Schools. Every year before Christmas Mario reaches out to me and offers his assistance to the most needy in our community. He also pays for trips and equipment for our local school teams. He does this because he knows our school system doesn't budget for such things. No, he didn't ask to write the review because he does not do it for the recognition. He just does it. It saddens me that people are posting poor reviews on an something that very common with all service companies as timelines. No one works harder and takes more pride doing their job than Mario and his brother Jose. They smart and efficient, but most importantly they are men with great hearts and plenty of integrity. Terrible customer service, doesn’t care about the value of honesty. Would not recommend.
