The experience I had with Snappy was beyond exceptional. Every person I encountered was professional, curious, knowledgeable and friendly—a combination I rarely encounter these days. There were employees that stand out for me: Judah and Cody. Judah was my first encounter with snappy via telephone. He was friendly and knowledgeable which impressed me immediately. There were a few questions I had that he said he had to get further information on—he prompt called me back with the information I needed…and more. His promptness in returning my call, honesty knowledge and friendly professionalism put me at ease. Judah was the reason I chose Snappy to replace my water heater. Cody was the technician who came to replace my water heater. He was prompt and efficient as well as informative, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the process seem effortless, which made me feel at ease about the process. Cody is the reason why I will be choosing Snappy for any future projects for my condominium.
Zach was early, explained everything he was going to do well and ahead of time - and worked quickly and corrected our problem w/o much fuss. Would def. recommend and plan on using Snappy for any/all my future electrical/plumbing needs.

Zach was beyond awesome! He arrived on time for our appointment to diagnose my electrical issue with my dryer causing the power to my entire condo unit to fail. He diagnosed within 30 minutes, prepared a quote and got me approved for financing for the $1600+ service in another 15. He stayed at my home for a little over 3 hours to perform the service same day so I didn't have to take additional time off work. He was super friendly and said to me that he loves working at Snappy, especially since Adam took charge. Many thumbs up!!!
SNAPPY is the BEST!!! We had our whole AC and heating system replaced by a couple weeks ago. I had my system looked at over the past 10 years and repaired by others, but Snappy came in and did what should have been done years ago. Thanks guys for a job well done!
