My home warranty company had referred me to a different plumbing company and after 5 weeks on no results they contacted Cribbs & Son Plumbing. Communication and service was excellent. Part was ordered and replaced with in a week with follow up on a timely manner. Thank you so much for great service.

My home warranty company referred me to them for a plumbing leak in my home. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly. They called prior to arrival and was able to identify the problem within minutes of examining the problem. Mr. Cribbs even gave me tips on simple things that would remedy the problem in the future. He and his son were very nice and accurate. He even made sure to document the reasoning for sheetrock removal in the form for the insurance company so that they will take care of having someone come out and repair that as well. I would most definitely recommend Cribbs & Son Plumbing to anyone that requires the service. They're company is in Rincon, but they provide service calls to the Savannah area as well.
