very poor customer service if you would call it that. My wife had called them twice they said the would come, never did. Then i tried to call would not answer, got voice mail and could not leave a message due to it being full. Cannot run a company if you cannot take calls, cannot keep their word, and just cannot show up, I went to another company and they were very prompt and thorough, customer service was great with them as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FAGAN PLUMBING TO ANYONE!!!!

Told me last week it wouldn't be any problem to get to my issue that week. This week I get a call from my boss chewing me out because it was never done. Simple running toilet and faucet swap out. What's worse is he never contacted me to let me know he couldn't make it. When I call him I get a text back saying he's busy and will call me back. I text him asking if he can get it done today if not I'll call somebody else. He then tells me "tomorrow would be better I'm pretty full this week" and the conversation got convoluted from there...long story short he told me he was loyal and honest and "nobody in the world" works more hours than him...I told him that didn't really jive with the fact that he told me he could do it and never got it done. Sigh...don't tell somebody you can if you can't.
